Based on faith, that human race created by God and human kind cannot do anything without God, so pray together before doing our activities is considered as the most important thing. We pray together because we want to express our love and gratefull to God that has already love and bless us and our company. Loving, respect and helping each other as the proof of this faith.

In line with the developing of the company and the improvement of the production, now we already have 50 employees. With hope to improve the capacity and give a qualified product, we are demanded the ability and skill of our employees, therefore through the job training process we give the exercises which is meant to improve knowledge and skill to create human resource with a high motivation and loyality, also trained in each own division.
Employee is the main asset that become planner and active worker in each activity in the company. Handle, capable, skillful and dedicated employee in every achievement is our big hope.
Our Motto : employee is the family of the company, eventhough the number of our employee is not big, we keep giving them the facilities of their religious activity and health to support their comfortable working environment. Beside that our company also give health insurance coverage according to the goverment decree
